BETTER COMPANY CAMP

The AgencyAgile methods. Ongoing training for alumni agencies and their teams.

Cohort-based practitioner and leadership training in the AgencyAgile methods — refined across 15 years and 220+ agency transformations. For alumni agencies, their people, and select new organizations.

Two tracks launching spring 2026.

FOR ALUMNI, AGENCIES, AND PRACTITIONERS

Everything you need to make an agency go better, faster, happier.

Agencies hire new people who never went through the AgencyAgile transformation. Existing teams drift. The rituals persist but the intent fades. Stand-ups become status reports. Briefings become document handoffs.

Better Company Camp creates an ongoing mechanism for AgencyAgile practitioner development and method reinforcement — without requiring a full consulting engagement every time someone needs a tune-up.

For agencies new to the AgencyAgile methods, the Camp is an accessible entry point — a way to experience what 220+ organizations have deployed, at a fraction of the cost of a full transformation.

Two AgencyAgile tracks launching

Each track runs as a multi-session series on consecutive weeks. Cohorts are intentionally mixed across alumni organizations — cross-pollination produces better learning and more candid conversation.

Track 1

The AgencyAgile Check-In

5 sessions · Thursdays · 2–3 PM Pacific
  • 01 Why Check-In Exists Everyone — noise, flow, and why your stand-up is broken
  • 02 The Choreography Leaders & managers — roles, sequence, the three-bounce rule
  • 03 What Happened When You Tried It Everyone returns — practice debrief and pattern diagnosis
  • 04 Advanced Elements Leaders & managers — check-in board, day structure, diagnostics
  • 05 Workshop & Integration Leaders & managers; optional for makers
Track 2

The AgencyAgile Context Briefing

4 sessions · Wednesdays · 2–3 PM Pacific
  • 01 Why Briefings Fail Everyone — the ignorance gap, the party exercise, seven sheets
  • 02 The Sheets and the Room Leaders & managers — facilitation, room dynamics, sheet details
  • 03 Show Your Work Everyone returns — bring your context boards, troubleshoot together
  • 04 Beyond the Briefing Leaders & managers — client-facing use, brainstorming, extensions

Who it's for

New makers at AgencyAgile alumni agencies

Hired into a team that runs the AgencyAgile methods but never taught the principles underneath. Get oriented.

PMs, AMs, and delivery leads

Responsible for facilitating or enforcing the AgencyAgile methods. Go deeper than orientation — learn the choreography.

Departments needing a refresh

The AgencyAgile methods are in place but drifting. Rituals without intent. Time for a reset and recalibration.

Non-alumni agency leadership

Experience the AgencyAgile methods before committing to a full engagement. Optional diagnostic add-on available.

How it works

Schedule
Check-In on Thursdays, Context Briefing on Wednesdays. All sessions 2–3 PM Pacific (5–6 PM Eastern, Friday 8–9 AM Sydney).
Cohort size
6–8 leaders and 10–15 makers per cohort. Small enough for real discussion, large enough for diverse perspectives.
Mixed cohorts
Participants from different organizations learn together. Leaders hear how the same problems manifest in different contexts. Makers discover that their frustrations are universal.
Tiered access
Makers attend foundational and workshop sessions. Leaders attend all sessions including facilitation, diagnostics, and advanced AgencyAgile applications.
Practice
Sessions are spaced so you can try the methods with your real teams and come back with real questions. Session 3 in both tracks is built around "what happened when you tried it."
Recordings
All sessions recorded and available through the course portal.
