AI DISRUPTION WORKSHOP
AI will replace parts of your business. Others it can’t touch. Learn to tell them apart.
An interactive working session where your leadership team maps your agency’s value chain against AI disruption — using frameworks built across 200+ engagements. You won’t just hear about the shift.
You’ll see it in your own business, built by your own team, on a shared board you walk away with.
What your team discovers.
By the end of the session, your leadership team will have built a shared map of your agency's AI exposure — not because I told them what to think, but because the framework made it visible.
Where judgment lives
The parts of your value chain that require formulation, context, and real understanding — the work AI reinforces rather than replaces. This is where your future pricing power lives.
Where assembly hides
The production and coordination work that looks essential but is rapidly becoming commodity. Your team will spot it in their own service lines — often for the first time.
Which clients face pressure
Your client relationships have different half-lives depending on how fast each client adopts AI. The board reveals which relationships need to evolve — and which are your bridge.
Where the risks cluster
Patterns emerge when the whole leadership team maps together. You'll see where exposure concentrates, where opportunities hide, and what to focus on first.
How the session works.
I teach your leadership team the assembly/judgment framework — the model for understanding which parts of a value chain AI disrupts and which it can't. Then we apply it together, live, to your agency.
Using a shared Mural board, your team maps your service lines, client relationships, and team functions against the framework. They place clients and work types on the board, score them for exposure and durability, and start to see patterns they couldn't see from inside their daily work.
The board is the deliverable. Your team built it. They own it. They can return to it, refine it, and use it to drive real decisions about where to invest, what to restructure, and which conversations to have with clients.
I facilitate, I teach the concepts, I share what I've seen across 200+ agencies in similar positions. But the insight comes from your team seeing their own business through a new lens.
What happens in the room.
The session moves through three phases. Each one builds on the last, and by the end your team has a visual map of your agency's AI exposure that they built themselves.
The framework
I teach the assembly/judgment model — how to see where value lives in any knowledge-work value chain, and how AI shifts the economics at each layer.
The mapping
Your team places your service lines, client relationships, and key functions on the shared board — scoring each for judgment intensity, AI exposure, and pricing vulnerability.
The patterns
We step back and read the board together. Where does exposure cluster? Which clients need different conversations? What should you focus on first? The map tells the story.
Why your team needs to see this together
You could read the framework in an article. You could think about it alone. But the power is in the room — when your head of accounts sees the same exposure your head of creative sees, and your COO connects it to the P&L they've been worrying about.
Shared sight creates shared urgency. That's what makes the conversation after the workshop productive instead of political.
The disruption isn't coming. It's here.
AI tools are table stakes. Every agency has them. The competitive question is what happens to your business model when the assembly layer — the production work that justified your team size and your pricing — becomes nearly free.
95% of organizations are seeing zero ROI on AI investment — because they adopted tools without restructuring how the work works. This workshop helps your team see what needs to change.

WHERE WE GO NEXT
When you're ready to act on what you see.
The workshop shows you where you stand. The Roadmap shows you what to do about it — which clients to invest in, which to transition, and how to restructure engagement and delivery for where value is actually moving.
AI Disruption Roadmap — $5,000 · Three sessions over 2–4 weeks.
Your team is about to see your agency differently.
90 minutes. A shared framework. A map your leadership team builds together. Tell me about your agency and I'll tell you whether this is the right starting point.
No pitch, no pressure. Just a conversation about what you're seeing.
