A structured, interactive 2.5-hour assessment with your leadership team — online or in-person, with up to 25 people. You'll leave with an 8–20 page findings report and a delivery operations benchmark scorecard comparing your agency against our database of 80+ agencies.

This is a one-person practice. That’s the point.

My background is unusual for this work. I started as an industrial engineer, grounded in Deming and Lean. I’ve spent time at RAND, where I currently advise on AI’s implications for organizational structure and competitiveness. I’ve built and scaled companies. And I’ve spent the last 15 years inside agencies, consultancies, and complex project-driven organizations — more than 200 of them — learning what actually changes behavior and what’s just theater.
That combination — research rigor, operational experience, and deep domain knowledge — is what I bring to every engagement.
